Italian Pilot Course

Leader: UNIGE (University of Genova)

UNIGE delivered a first level Master course:

  • “Inclusive Manager in Tourism” (ITM)
    Level: EQF7, First Level University Master (Master Universitario di Primo Livello)
    Timing: 1500 hours of course with an overall duration of about 9 months
    Credits: 60 credits
    Certificate: Master in Inclusive Tourism Manager, legally recognised and issued by the University of Genoa
    Entrance requirements: Bachelor Degree
    Expected participants: a minimum of 20 participants. The course was advertised through the media, newspapers, and the University website.

The Master was run by a Management Committee (a group of professors who are experts in Economics and Tourism) that was also responsible for the recruitment and selection of participants, the organisation of the teaching plan, and related assessment.

The programme was performed with traditional teaching activities, traineeship, and a final project.
